The staff’s behavior has been rude each time, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable. They also don’t seem to pay proper attention to orders. Items were missing more than once, and I had to go back to ask for what I already paid for. When I brought this up, the response was not polite or helpful at all. Good customer service and accurate orders are basic expectations, but this location really needs improvement in both areas.

Otherwise, the nuggets were just not very good. I don't know how these can be ruined in cooking but..... they were dry and not hot. The fries were also sad.
