The burgers were bigger and better and especially better well-done (cooked thoroughly) than InandOut, where we usually eat locally. The cost is bit higher, but I think it's worth it. I still prefer InandOut, but basically out of loyalty for what they stand for. I will eat at 5 Guys again. I just had surgery, and the docs said my food has to be cooked thoroughly for the next few months. Unfortunately, InandOut can't seem to do that, even though I always ask for extra well done on my patties. It doesn't make sense to me, that as thin as InandOut patties are, AND they take longer to get us our order, they just can't get those thin patties well done. The fries at both places are good, but each has its own flavor. I would easily recommend 5 Guys to others.

The employees are so friendly they greet you, they say goodbye no matter how busy they are. Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
