I’m a delivery driver, and every time I go there, it feels like we are treated differently compared to regular customers. There is no proper communication, long unnecessary wait times, and no respect for our time. We are also working and trying to deliver orders on time, but the staff acts like we don’t matter. If Wendy’s wants to keep good ratings and smooth service, they really need to train their employees to treat delivery drivers with basic respect and professionalism. Extremely frustrating experience.

I didn't realize this at first, since I don't dine at Wendy's often, but the staff tracked me down and helped me switch to a lunch order of a comparable price. Great service and patience with my error, I will definitely be back to this location
