I placed my order first, and after that I asked for the restroom code. She told me that the restroom was “broken” and refused to give me the code. What made the situation worse is that just before me, another customer clearly used the restroom and walked out, so it was obviously not broken. This felt dishonest and unfair. Basic customer needs like restroom access should not be denied, especially when other customers are being allowed to use it. The food itself was fine, but the attitude and lack of honesty from the staff completely ruined the experience. Very unprofessional service. I don’t feel comfortable coming back after this.
