I said that doesn’t make sense and I was not going to drive around. I pulled up to the window and stated I did not want the food because of the service and how rude the manager Bella was. When I asked for a refund she said she couldn’t refund because it was done on the app. I’ve got refunds before that I’ve done on the app. She kept arguing with me and being so rude. She said this is why you aren’t getting your food and slammed the window. I will never come back here again
- MYMax YooSep 20, 20251.0Pulled up to the drive thru, and had some extra 1s in my wallet I wanted to get rid of, mind you, I had enough money on my card to pay for the whole thing since I was just buying 4 stackers because it was something I was craving… and when I asked the woman stationed at the window if I could pay in cash first and pay the rest on card, she scowled, didn’t respond, and acted rude and disrespectful… absolutely unnecessary experience, find better staff so u don’t have to hop on google and leave a nasty review like a middle aged dad.
