On Presidents’ Day weekend, on a Saturday, there was only ONE employee handling an overwhelming number of in-store customers and nonstop online orders. That is completely unacceptable. I placed an online order and waited over an hour for my food. The woman making the sandwiches was visibly stressed and on the verge of tears trying to keep up with the chaos. No employee should be put in that position. Poor planning and lack of staffing on a busy holiday weekend reflects very poorly on the owner and management. I genuinely felt bad for her. This situation was unfair to both the customers and the employee. Because of how poorly this was handled, I will not be coming back. They just lost my every Saturday 200$+ order every week ! Bye now
