This review is not about the employee working that day — it’s about the management.
On Presidents’ Day weekend, on a Saturday, there was only ONE employee handling an overwhelming number of in-store customers and nonstop online orders. That is completely unacceptable. I placed an online order and waited over an hour for my food.
The woman making the sandwiches was visibly stressed and on the verge of tears trying to keep up with the chaos. No employee should be put in that position. Poor planning and lack of staffing on a busy holiday weekend reflects very poorly on the owner and management.
I genuinely felt bad for her. This situation was unfair to both the customers and the employee.
Because of how poorly this was handled, I will not be coming back. They just lost my every Saturday 200$+ order every week ! Bye now

I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich on my way home. When I got home, I discovered there was no steak and no cheese—only vegetables and sauce. I called the store to report the issue, but the employee I spoke with hung up on me. very disappointed .
