  This place charges more than any other subway I’ve ever been to. $11 for a 6 inch sandwich is ridiculous

  ordered an italian sub barely got any meat , the lady didn’t even ask if i wanted lettuce tomato onion or any toppings. probably just wanted to rush me out of there. gave me food poisoning too threw up terribly the night of.

  I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Subway location. I placed an order through the Subway app and went inside with my 7-year-old daughter to pick it up. From the beginning, the older Punjabi Indian lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional — no greeting, no courtesy, nothing. My daughter needed to use the restroom, but the lady bluntly said they “don’t have one,” so I told my daughter we’d wait and go home after picking up our food. When I saw her pulling out an order, I politely mentioned that it might be mine since I had just placed it. Her immediate response was harsh — she said it “won’t be ready right away” and that I “need to wait.” I told her that’s perfectly fine and I’m not in a hurry, but she continued speaking rudely and even told me, “If you’re standing, I can’t make your sandwiches. You need to sit down first.” I decided to step out quickly to Walmart across the street so my daughter could use the restroom, and before leaving, I politely asked her to double toast the sandwiches after adding all the veggies — she agreed. But when I returned and asked her to add creamy sriracha and mayonnaise (which I had already mentioned in the order notes), she started arguing with me, saying she would only do what was printed on the receipt. When I tried to explain that I had written those exact instructions in the order, I remained calm and spoke politely, but she became defensive and started forcing me to ask her to cancel my order, as if she wanted to get rid of me instead of resolving the issue. I was still trying to be respectful, but she continued to argue until I finally said yes, go ahead and cancel my order. Then she told me to “go ahead and leave a bad review” — as if she didn’t care about her job or the business at all. Even during the cancellation process, she kept arguing, and I had to tell her that I wasn’t there to fight — I just wanted my cancellation receipt so I could leave. This level of rudeness and lack of basic customer service is completely unacceptable. Instead of showing professionalism or courtesy, the employee chose to be disrespectful and argumentative. I’m genuinely shocked that a store operating like this is still open. Subway should seriously review how this location treats its customers — I’ll never return here again.

  Horrible experience. Wouldn’t let me use hand sanitizer until I promised I would order something which I was already going to do. Very rude staff

  Should have checked the reviews before wasting my time! Veggies look rotten and they don't even carry all the veggies. Worst subway I've seen!
