They are fast and know exactly what to do. They need a tutorial for us that are not so computer friendly.

As a result, lines move unnecessarily slow and customers are left waiting while employees show little urgency or accountability. This reflects a serious lack of supervision and basic professionalism. Customers should not have to tolerate inefficiency and disregard for their time during a routine grocery visit. Safeway is a major company and should hold its employees and management to higher standards. Until this location makes meaningful improvements in customer service and oversight, I cannot recommend this store. I genuinely hope management addresses this issue promptly.
