There are like 2 associates that go above and beyond, great customer service, but for the most part, we are waiting like 10 to 15 minutes. When we do get acknowledgment, then a cart gets shoved out. No communication. Don’t even know if it’s the complete order the way it’s pushed out. It’s insane.

- RRReneeJan 22, 20261.0Every now and then I'll stop at Safeway on 2090 Harbison Drive in Vacaville and notice how unprofessional some of the women are that work there, as if they are back in high school, just standing around certain individuals and laughing while gossiping. at the checkout aisle near one of the exits/entrances, one in particular by the name Tanya/Tonya. Another is a new hire, I think, and I can't tell what their gender is; they have short, medium-length, curly textured hair. Another woman with long black curly hair and glasses acts very unintelligent around them, gossiping and talking bad about a beautiful woman that was with a man. I asked some guy that worked there as a concerned customer for her name specifically. At times she would have a phone in her hand while walking around like she was secretly recording people. entertainment purposes. She's very strange. I'm not familiar with how correctly I spelled her name, but every time I stop there lately, she is always laughing extremely loud out of nowhere as if she is off her meds. Just out of curiosity, maybe she and a few other women there shouldn't be working and should seek mental help instead. Very embarrassing on Safeway's part for hiring such unprofessional workers.
