- CLChristina LarsenFeb 23, 20261.0We went to Outback for dinner one night. We ordered steak and lobster.. my meat was under cooked it was very pink to red I couldn't eat it because it was so red. After we got done eating dinner I told the waitress I wanted to order dessert for us to take home. It was about 10 minutes before close, she informs me that they were closing within 10 min and the kitchen was getting ready to close therefore we couldn't order dessert to TAKE HOME. My husband was furious. When she said that he got up and walked out. Our dinner ticket was over $150 and for that kind of money I would expect better service than what we received. We will probably never return to that Outback ever again.

We ended up having the most perfectly cooked bone-in rib eye we've had in a long time. The sweetest bartender made us feel right at home eating where we were sitting. We didn't say anything, but our day was horrible. Being at Vacaville Outback, we forgot about our day and got a chance to laugh and just enjoy life and a darn good meal. Thankx!!
