- OTOrin ThompsonJan 31, 20264.0The Highs: The Chipotle App and the Burrito Loading parking spaces are very convenient if you want to grab and go. That's the only way I experience Chipotle actually. I don't think I've ever waited in line and ordered real time here lol. The Lows: For the most part, the food is consistently good. Sometimes, if you pre-order for a future time, I can't prove it but I'm pretty sure they still make it right away so it might be room temperature when you get it. Chipotle bowls are so annoying to reheat by the way. The In-Between: As I mentioned, I typically don't interact with the people that work here outside of whoever is handing out the online orders. Those folks are usually pretty nice and will pause what they're doing to acknowledge me and grab my order. It's usually pretty busy in here and looks clean from what I can tell.
