  2 Hours of Misery ( 37 mins to be seated, 18 mins til server intro and order, 40 mins to be served food, 5 mins of server interaction overall, 20 mins eat, bill, and leave) I visited Outback Steakhouse Montclair and had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. We waited nearly 2 hours for our food, with no service for the first 30 minutes. Our server was inattentive, didn’t check on us, didn’t offer refills or basic accommodations, and seemed uninterested in helping our table. Multiple tables in our section had to call the manager due to similar issues. Meanwhile, guests who arrived after us were seated and served quickly. The restaurant felt disorganized despite having multiple managers present. The only positive was the food—it was great once it finally came out, so credit to the chef. Overall, terrible service overshadowed everything. This location seriously needs better staff training and management.

  Great service steak was delicious and so where the sides. But anything deep fried I wouldn't recommend blooming union tasted burnt n fried shrimp had the same taste maybe they need to change there oil

  Eden was my server and she was very sweet and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed. Kept checking on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Sweetest girl here! And had such cute nails
