  No refill is crazy. Spent $35 on 2 huntrix meals and a regular McDouble. Ask for a refill and was told we don’t give refills at this location and pointed at sign. Small sign barely visible

  Ever since this McDonald’s was torn down and rebuilt, the average time for waiting has skyrocketed, the staff consistently mess up orders, and generally there just seems to be a lack of communication and general competency. I’m sure McDonald’s laid off then entire staff when the old building was torn down and this whole crew is brand new. Horrible service as a whole.

  The staff appeared to be unhappy, the food was cold, the French fries were not salted and the cheeseburger had too much salt I had to throw it away. Lastly, I was asked if I wanted medium or large. I asked for small and I was told they only sell med and large.

  The new facade looks cool. Unfortunately the customer service & food QC is severely lacking. To be clear, I am a McDonalds fan & not 1 of those snauby people who looks down on All major chains.
