She said you can get it from the ice machine I said but he'll let you it. So I went back to ice machine and the repairman said did you need something I said yes some ice. The repairman said I'm working on it so I went back to the Manager her name is Cheyanne and said the repairman said to get it from you. So she reluctantly gave me some ice. I was tempted to call Corporate.

I stopped by on Saturday night, 10/18/25. I didn't see anyone looking too eager to take my order so I gave the kiosk a shot. It wasn't too difficult to figure out. I ordered a whole French Ciabatta Dipper to go and then sat down on the bench by the pickup area. About 10 minutes later, my name was called. I grabbed my bag and headed out the door. When got home, I opened it up. It didn't look quite as meaty as the photos depict so I pulled the top off. There was actually a decent amount of beef on there. I pulled the lid off of the French onion soup and took a dip. My taste buds were quite happy. It was pretty tasty. Two final thoughts... I was stuffed when I was done. I think that sandwich was bigger than it looked. AND... they're kinda stingy with the soup (see photo). It was a small cup that was only half full. I know... it's just supposed to be for dipping but a little more would be nice. Anyway... I would definitely order that again.

But a warning for diabetes patients.These items sharply raised my blood sugars beyond 300. Given the obesity and diabetes epidemic, Panera should make healthier food with less carbs.
