    Absolutely the worst experience. We stopped in for a “quick bite,” and that was a huge mistake. For a newer restaurant, the operation was shockingly bad. We waited 40 minutes for basic food while a skeleton crew hid in the back. There was no one at the counter, no one cleaning the lobby, and no one available to answer a single question about our order. We literally had to ask about our food just to get them to even start preparing it. And we didn’t order anything complicated—just a few value meals and a couple of Happy Meals. What we eventually got was barely warm, thrown together, and missing items. The workers clearly didn’t care and acted annoyed when we asked for our drinks and the food we paid for. This visit was beyond disappointing. After this disaster, I regret ever stopping here, and I won’t be eating at McDonald’s again.

    Rating this location a one star all around due to the experience. I stopped to eat dinner before heading to work and there was a homeless guy inside walking around. Yes it seemed he had bought a soda but I will say the staff should do a better job of checking what he was doing. I didn’t fully enjoy my meal as the man kept approaching asking for food and money at moments little aggressively. Basically the entire time it was me having to eat my meal and keeping an eye on him that he wouldn’t try something. The staff should be trained on keeping a better eye that their customers don’t get harassed or bothered like that.

    I visit this McDonald's about once or twice a week, but today’s experience was quite disappointing. It was clear that the manager didn't care. I placed my order at the drive-thru and paid, but when I got to the second window and requested a barbecue sauce, the employee told me it would cost 25 cents. I was fine with that, but when I tried to pay with Apple Pay, she informed me that they only accept cash or physical cards. It’s 2025, and most people use mobile payments! I insisted on not moving until I received my barbecue sauce, and instead of resolving the issue professionally, they called the police on me. This lack of customer service was really unacceptable.

    DONT EAT HERE!!!! Service is bad takes forever to get your order drive-through gets your order wrong and inside they take forever and the worst thing is they don’t even offer free refills anymore other McDonald’s Nearby do still. It is privately owned . And to the New owner you won’t get very far with service like this. You have too many bad reviews should’ve kept your day job. Or go work for a McDonald’s not own a McDonald’s horrible horrible horrible

    Absolutely ridiculous. Please read this, I know it’s a lot. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, unless it’s to warn people. This isn’t a bad review, it’s the truth, my observation and experience from eating at this location a couple times. There’s about 6-10 McDonalds employees on average, inside in the morning, and yet they completely struggle to push out a deluxe breakfast and bacon egg biscuit taking well over 30 minutes. Mind you it’s a week day and people have to be at work. Just completely inconsiderate to the customers time. Unfortunately The management at this location is crumbling, the majority of the employees they chose are lackluster and don’t care to work. 40 min for a McDonalds breakfast is testament to their performance. At most 12 customers in total were also waiting very very long. The way the food was cooked and prepared was atrociously horrendous. The Eggs were drenched in excess liquid, bacon egg biscuit sandwich crumbled to peaces, also wet, and only given one bacon on my sandwich. Actually I was only given one bacon in my deluxe breakfast platter, as well. Which for the deluxe platter I’m not certain if every location provides two or not for that specific dish but whatever.
