  This is not the first time I’ve waited 40 minutes for my food outside. I waited a very long time and when we asked the worker, she said that she didn’t have her order. She went to go look for it and took 10 more minutes and then came back. Give me my order and I came home and my egg McMuffin was missing the The meat patty, not only that my food was at that point was cold earlier than the mountains. I’m A very unhappy customer, they either need to get more workers or start cooking from the crack of dawn when they get there overall, do not visit this McDonald’s if you’re willing to Wait 30 minutes for a deluxe breakfast

  If I could give 0 stars i would. The worst place ive ever been too they dont care about their customers I was waiting for 30 damn minutes for a simple 10 peice nugget. Go anywhere else.

  Poor food, Poorer service. This place has got to be the worst fast food joint ive been to. Kids wanted McD so stopped by. First they serve stale fries. Spoke to mgr and GM Jasmine. Told me when I come back I would be taken care of. I went back and they had me standing in front of counter for 20 minutes after sepaking w mgr Jaime. My kids and I were waiting at counter - Didn't take order or anything. After 20 minutes of waiting Jaime the mgr tells me I have to come back in am bc they cannot get approval from Jasmine to give me the food bc she cant remember me. What a total cluster. Parents at our school - Western Christian already has a bad reputation abt this upland Mcd - they tell me we need to go to La verne location and I now know why.

  Service was very long, they paid most attention to drive through so people who order inside had to wait a long time for our food

  The first time that I came here, the stupid little kid told me that they couldn’t serve coffee because they had already washed the coffee maker and it was 11 PM. This place says that it’s open 24 hours but the second time that I came here I came in at 1:30 and they told me they were closed so I put a complaint with the manager because they were just messing around in the back And they’re very irresponsible staff. Today I come back to get a coffee and I asked the girl if the coffee with fresh made she says Nova will make it. I said OK perfect she gives me a cup of coffee that it was cold. The lid was half open thank God that it was cold because the coffee did spill on me. The coffee was old so I asked her. I thought you said that they were just gonna make it all we had some. It’s old coffee. I don’t want old coffee. I’m paying for coffee fresh coffee so she went to the back and according to her she made it. She comes back a couple of minutes later the coffee was still cold. Was disgusting not freshly made, and not the stuff that I had requested which it was cream and sugar Well, she kept arguing that she had already made the coffee. I have been drinking coffee my entire life and I know the difference between old coffee and fresh coffee. It Taste disgusting. So I told him to do a refund because I’m not drinking that crap and another girl that looks like a punk rocker came out asking what was wrong because they had just brewed the coffee that is not fresh fruit coffee don’t argue with me . They have teenagers working and running this place. I get it, but I have somebody that is responsible there.
