Genuinely always have the slowest or off process experiences at this location. I ordered 2 sausage McMuffin and 2 sausage burritos around 10:15 am. App said it should be ready by the time I get there once I choose my curbside spot. At 10:20 there are no curbside parking spots available so I got in line in the drive thru which took another 5 mins to get to the monitor and explain my situation. They don't ask for any code or name and tell me I'm good to move forward. Repeated conversation at the first window with no number or names taken. By the time I get to the window to get my food they finally ask me for a number and name. But can't seem to find my order. At this point it was 10:32 and they checked me in through the system. However, since it was past 10:30 they could not give me any breakfast?? They told me no one made anything since it's 10:30 but I placed my order way earlier. But apparently since I didn't check in on time (because there were no parking spots available) I was no longer given any food and completely wasted my time there. They told me my app should refund me. Just frustrated that things are never smooth here and there's always an issue. Left with nothing for my wasted time. Not even a coupon at the least besides the survey. You want your experience to be quick? Take the extra time to go to a different McDonald's.

I asked the manger to replace it and because I her it's burnt and she told me no that's how they make them and insisted that she would fix my order this time but next time she would not. Clearly it was over a half of container of fries and 2 bites of the fish sandwich. This is horrible customer service and I don't know who left her In Charge
