- ABAydan Boyd4 days ago1.0Came to this Dutch Bros on my way to a charity event and when I went to pick up our drinks at the drive through the server literally jumped up from a spot under the window in an attempt to scare us yelling "HI!". This interaction alone was weird enough but when I received my drinks almost all of them had tasted off and I needed to have them remade just to be met with a cold response from the other server working. The remade drinks hadn't tasted much better. I don't know if there's something molding in their ice or if the syrup is just going off or what, but this isn't the first time my drinks have come out wrong at this location.

- TCTony De CastroFeb 16, 20261.0I visit this location about twice a week and it's usually a pretty good experience and my order is always on point but the crew that was working when I stopped by around noon today was a mess the person who took my order was clearly not having a great day, by the time I got to the window a girl that was making drinks was clearly having a mental breakdown screaming for help to complete orders... the help that showed up clearly did not care about making the drinks correctly and rushed through our drinks making them incorrectly and when asked to be corrected had a poor attitude about it definitely very disappointed by today's experience... the guy working the window was polite but everyone else was a mess

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
