But after this experience, I'm seriously reconsidering that. I placed a drive-up pickup order at this Upland, CA location. The total was over $250, and I was missing more than $118 worth of food, including filet mignon, chicken, and ground beef. I reported it right away, but my refund request was denied without explanation multiple times. I've called customer service several times, spent over an hour on the phone, was hung up on, and time after time, no resolution. Despite providing documentation and following all the proper channels, no one at the store or customer service has helped. As a retired U.S. Marine Corps veteran, I value integrity, responsibility, and clear communication. Albertsons has failed in all of these. For a company I grew up supporting, this is deeply disappointing. If you value accountability and customer service, I strongly encourage you to think twice before relying on their drive-up service and don't expect help if something goes wrong.

Cleaning at 7:30 in the morning, kinda strange and scary. You sure you don't have a Roach problem. Cleaning should be done at night, after store closes, like the other Albertsons does.Im going to be more careful when I shop in produce.
