- ADAbby DuranApr 26, 20261.0Worst Dutch Bros I’ve ever been to by far. I’m from the Central Valley (Lemoore, to be exact), so I’ve been to pretty much every Dutch Bros in between, and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried several times, hoping it would get better, but it never does. The wait is always ridiculously long, and then when you finally get to the window, your blended drinks look like they’ve been sitting there forever and are no longer properly blended. If the drinks are already done, have someone walk them out and deliver them like every other Dutch Bros does!

I normally order ahead of time and the pick up time is always later than what the app says (10-15 minutes later). Coffee is good and a lot of options. I got the white chocolate lavender coffee this time and the flavors were subtle/not overpowering. Drive-through and pick up is organized.

They watched someone pull up after both me and the person behind me yet still took their order first when the line was right at the merging point. Turned my automatic tipping off for this reason.

- TMTerrence MageeApr 5, 20263.0I've been a loyal customer for over 6 years. I have visited a number of locations with the first in Scottsdale, AZ. My experience in Upland was a bit disappointing. The long lines are expected yet the servers were not friendly... I get the traffic and maybe it was an off day. The person at the window was less than spectacular so this didn't help either. All the other locations were always up beat despite the traffic, extreme heat or anything else going on.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
