Really appreciated the professionalism and genuine kindness. This level of customer service stood out and made my night better.

The team member took my order. I get to the window and they said I’m not in their system. I was confused & asked them if she didn’t charge me or something? So they retook my order & charged me there & I complained because I wasted most of my lunch break when I should have been simply getting my food when I got to the window. There was a gentleman, Micheal who apologized for the mixup & offered a free sandwich for my trouble. I accepted granted that I’m already late. He ended up returning & saying that he actually couldn’t do that. I asked for a manager, upset that the team member who took my order refused to take any kind of accountability. The manager was beyond rude, she cut me off before I could even finish speaking. She said I had terrible time management. Meanwhile her employee didn’t even log me into their system correctly, taking up double the time when I had to reorder. She was extremely rude and it was unprofessional. They tried accusing me of lying, saying my order would’ve been on the screen. Like obviously, IT SHOULD BE. & honestly it’s embarrassing how a team member took more accountability and actually apologized compared to a manager who’s supposed to be at least of little help or take accountability for their teams mistakes. I’m sorry for coming across as agitated in any way but this was 0 star service.
