If you're thinking of coming here, try a different Buca location or just go to Maggianos instead. Horrible experience.

There was no clear explanation or apology from the staff, which made the long wait even more frustrating. What’s the point of making a reservation if it isn’t honored? When the food finally arrived, the experience didn’t improve. We ordered two pizzas and the Italian sausage, and all of the dishes were extremely spicy — far beyond what would be considered mild or even moderately seasoned. No one informed us that these items would be that spicy, and there was no warning from our server. The excessive spice completely overpowered the flavors, making the food difficult to enjoy. If the dishes are prepared spicy by default, customers should absolutely be informed beforehand — especially at a family-style restaurant where people of all spice tolerances dine. Overall, between the long wait, lack of communication, and overly spicy food, it was a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the service and food quality did not meet expectations.
