It’s a two-story building, and I have a four-month-old who can’t sit up yet. I completely understand not being able to bring the stroller inside and waiting near the entrance, but we were seated upstairs, which was difficult and unsafe to navigate while carrying a heavy car seat through a narrow staircase with waiters carrying large trays and kids running up and down. Once we got to our table, we were seated in a booth with no space for the car seat and no alternative options like a swing or a safe spot to place the baby. Overall, the experience was stressful and uncomfortable for a family with an infant. It would be great if the restaurant could make some adjustments or provide more accessible seating for parents with young children.
