  Myles killed it. I’ve been working in the service industry for over a decade, so trust me when I say this, I would hire Myles based on his work ethic attitude, and skill. The shrimp is good as always. Myles also had a quick Forrest Gump trivia in the dining area we were in. He was animated and funny, really adding the most to the atmosphere in here. I’m glad I made the decision to come to bubba gumps tonight!

  took WAY to long for requests for sides and drinks. we had to get up to get our check SMH not impressed on my very first visit we paid WYA to much for the way we were treated by our waitress but the busser was on point. shame rib's were great but the shrimp was very fishy definitely taste like farm raised.

  Duffy made the dinner experience exceptional. He interacted with the crowd and his customers, which makes for a memorable experience. This type of interaction makes repeat customers. I seen this in Orlando, but this is the first place here in Hollywood that has done this and I think it should be regular experience for uour customers. I think that he should help others do this which will raise the amount of customers that come to your establishment.

  We had our first trip to bubba gump shrimp! Myles was our server and he was really good at his job. The passion and dedication he has to keep his customers happy was great. Ask him to do trivia. Well definitely come back because of Myles! Thank you!

  Just left Bubba Gump at universal, and I want to file a formal complaint against the hostess scheduled tonight on Monday night November 10th who was the hostess between 7:30pm until closing, she was absolutely rude from the moment I walked up to sign my name. She told me the wait was 20 minutes long for a party of 3 and was letting parties larger and the same size as my party the minute they would walk up. She had the most dead pan look and greeted everybody with low affect and attitude, I’m not sure what was wrong with staff tonight but there was such poor service. Our server Viviana slightly redeemed our experience but she kept forgetting things for my table I asked for, like sauces and forgot to bring out our appetizers for quite a long time. However, when I asked for the bill she was walking around serving people passing my table with my card in her apron pocket sticking out for everyone to see the numbers on my card. Additionally, when she kept passing my table after asking for sauce, we reached out to Duffy who was serving tables in the same area to get a side of ranch sauce and when my husband asked him for the sauce, he gave us the most dirty and confused look. We just let it go because at this point I wanted to just finish my food and leave. It’s disappointing because I am a local who was hosting a friend from Taiwan who’s never been to bubba gump, I always celebrate my nephews birthdays here every year, we have many family gatherings here because I love next door and I was extremely disgusted with the poor service and treatment today. I would like a formal apology from the hostess because she was absolutely beyond rude, and I will be escalating to upper management.
