We started ordering at 6:15 PM, including appetizers, chicken wings, burgers, drinks, and fries. Now it’s already 8:17 PM, and my burger still hasn’t arrived fully! Waiting over two hours—this is unbelievably poor service. Not to mention the food quality: what was served was dry, overly salty, and clearly not fresh, tasting like leftover meals, completely unappetizing. The servers’ attitudes were even worse, to the extreme. Throughout the process, no one came to refill our water, and no one checked on our dining experience. We just sat there dryly, like we’d been forgotten. The sign at the door clearly advertises “free burger,” but after we ordered, we waited nearly 30 minutes (and we’re still waiting now!). Isn’t this false advertising? Or is the store just fooling customers, or some kind of discrimination? If you don’t have the capability to provide this service, don’t plaster it all over the door to mislead consumers! Especially during the Christmas holidays when everyone wants to relax and enjoy, who wants to encounter such a frustrating situation? In short, this experience left me and my child super disappointed. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant, and I absolutely won’t come back in the future. I also advise everyone to steer clear and avoid wasting time and money, especially don’t come during the Christmas holidays to add to your troubles!
