  Horribleness. The worst place in the world. I'm still upset from experience. I'll never go there again. I hope it gets shut down

  Services and food are usually fine but the past 2 times have been different.Today I walked up and while pulling my toddler out the employee made eye contact she then walked in the back area and talked with her co worker for about 4 min and then came out and asked if I wanted to order now. So we began then the toppings which the past 2 times have been being placed one by one as if not to use to much both times i've had to ask for extras of things like pickles cucumbers and tomatoes as she would literally put 2 or 3 each .Today she was snarky when I asked for more and said" I already put them on there " to which I replied yes "but i'd like more" she added more then sauces and when I asked for oil vinegar salt and pepper I did know she would be vindictive and pour a bunch of vinegar on my sandwich to the point it was inedible which is just plain rude for what asking for a few extra veggies ? It's not like they come from your own personal garden I didn't see the issue with getting a little more which let's be realistic here would be the proper amount because she was acting like we where in the great depression with them veggies 🤣 any who it would be worth it to go across town at this point even though we rarely eat out and its just convenient because we go to Walmart once a month and its a nice treat to have or atleast it was bf the new worker was hired

  I wish I could give it 0 stars. These employees will constantly cancel your order or just turn online ordering off. I'm so sick of wasting so much of my 30 minute lunch break to come pick up my sandwich only to find out they canceled the order for no reason. Then they wanna play stupid and try to blame it on the app. So done with this Subway!

  Good place to get a quick sandwich and also this is the only location in ukiah that honors coupons and promotional deals.
