- HHHeather HDec 9, 20253.0A few times now I’ve had a pretty unsatisfying experience with this location. When I order in person, the employees cut me off every time I order. I have to tell them I want a topping so they don’t put too much ice cream in the bowl, but they barely let me finish talking before they say “anything else” or walk away and get started. To avoid this, I order online. A few of the toppings and ice creams we selected, were unavailable. When they called me to ask what else I wanted, their phone was so crackly I could hear one word for every 7 seconds of crackle. I told the employee I couldn’t hear them, and hung up. They attempted to call me back, but there was no use in answering. So I had to go the store to fix the issue in person. Dealing with the employees is what I was trying to avoid 🙄

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
