    This place is awful. Every single time without exaggeration they mess up the order. Whether that be asking for cheese quesadilla and they put chicken in it, or forgetting multiple items in an order entirely. We ordered Steak cheesy dipping burritos and cheese quesadilla and they forgot half of the order. The lady who takes your order cuts you off in the middle of ordering and tells you your total before we even finish. This place is sloppy and lazy. I get its fast food but it is ridiculous how lazy this location has become. Absolutely do not recommend this place at all. 1 star cause reviews don’t go any lower.

    I went through today at 10:30 am. Today is 12/28/25 I ordered a combo 16 the breakfast crunch wrap. The girl didn’t ask if I wanted a sausage or a bacon one she simply gave me bacon. And then I got the food she was friendly no problem there but, I got home and didn’t have the Cinnabon delights that come with. And to top it off my crunch wrap had little to no sauce it was in one corner. It simply felt lazy. I get it’s just a fast food restaurant but I feel like this was just laziness.

    Everything was great. Except the air conditioning is very low therefore it is very cold in side. I dont mean like a little bit. Its super cold. It was cold outside as well but inside was colder than outside. Out side if that. Clean store good food!

    Why is it so incredibly cold? I have never been in a building with the a/c turned down to below 50..

    They forgot to give me back my credit card then I woke up several hours later with fraud alert messages. They tried to use my credit card! Lost all respect for this place. I reported it immediately that this Taco Bell employees did this. I hope they get caught and in trouble.
