- EKElizabeth Kane3 days ago2.0I usually have a good experience here but today did not live up to prior experiences. I decided to get lunch and sit in rather than sit in my car like I usually do. It was a busy time since it was the marines lunch hour so I knew there would be a bit of a wait. Not a problem. The issue came when I got to the counter. Who i assume was the shift lead today proceeded to have a VERY public negative interaction in the open facing kitchen I front of me after I ordered the steak bowl. The steak was out on the line so she huffed over to the hotbox and grabbed the one out of there then turned to the guy doing his work quietly and loudly told him multiple time that today was going to be his last day with a huge attitude. The guy, the girl at the register, and I were all taken aback. Then she came back over and switched the old container for the new one, sighed heavily and turned back to me. I don't know if anyone has every said anything but in that moment I confronted her about her actions and said "don't you think that was an extremely awkward interaction to have in front of a customer?" She didn't bother to respond, put the meat in the bowl, and handed it off to the next person. I was made to feel highly uncomfortable as a customer expecting a appropriate interaction and profession behavior in what should be a profession atmosphere, even if it is a fast food location. Employee interactions should be handled in private not public. It didn't make they guy look bad but it made the woman "helping" me look hideous and has reflected poorly on the qdoba brand. Who cares if your a franchise you still represent the company.

Some of those workers don’t have any social skills let alone customer service skills. Constantly rude and disrespectful to service members and families. Several incidents with different employees. Especially the girl with the scratched off name tag. They need to stay at home because they obviously don’t want to work.
