  Our first time eating here, even though these are a chain they are local owned I believe, hand tossed the dough, I have worked in many pizza shops, this one was clean and food was great, employees were great.

  The Pizza Factory is little worn down. It's been around for a minute and it shows. I went there for a birthday party so we had the party room. The adjacent arcade is very dated and it's not uncommon for the machines to malfunction or take money and not activate. The air hockey table doesn't blow air. It's just all kind of old and broken. The pizza was typical Pizza Factory pizza. I wasn't disappointed but I didn't have high expectations. They have a handful of brews on tap and a salad bar. All in all it met my low expectations.

  A large combination pizza to go. And cinnamon twists!!!!!! When I arrived to pick up our order, it was already; and the employees were so very nice and extremely helpful. There were quite a few families there enjoying themselves. It had the best vibes ever! I definitely will be back to eat here again!

  Excellent pizza with plenty of toppings. Most all of their combos are really good, and I like the build your own salad bar. I often get it to go, I wish the main eating area didn’t have so many TVs playing different stations all the time. Or a separate room for people to eat with no TVs. Game room is pretty cool, I miss the OG Metal Slug.
