- VRVannessa RayfordMar 30, 20261.0The service was terrible. I visited this Subway location on 02/11 at approximately 7:00 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. There were two female employees working at the time who prepared my sandwiches, and from the moment I stepped up to order, their attitude was noticeably unwelcoming. It was very obvious that they did not want to be there or assist customers. Their demeanor was cold and dismissive, and they made no effort to provide even basic customer service. As my sandwiches were being prepared, the food was thrown together carelessly, without any attention to detail or pride in their work. When you're paying for your meal, you expect at minimum that it be handled with care and respect. That was not the case here. Additionally, when it came to adding vegetables and condiments, the portions were minimal to the point where I had to repeatedly ask for a bit more. Each request seemed to inconvenience them, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. There was no effort to be accommodating or ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a very poor experience from start to finish. Customer service and food preparation both fell far below expectations. Based on this visit, I would not return to this location if those employees are working and would rather drive to the next nearest Subway for better service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues, as no customer should feel unwelcome when simply trying to order a meal.
