- TGTanner GarrowJul 3, 20201.0The two workers I encountered were extremely slow, took 15 minutes to order three simple sandwiches (not toasted). As we were finishing up and paying, another worker came in. We left and I took a sip of my Dr. Pepper and realized it was extremely flat so I turned around to switch my drink out. The worker who had JUST come in told me I couldn’t do “refills” but I said I had ordered literally 30 seconds ago and I wanted to switch my drink out because their Dr. Pepper was awful. When I tried to explain the simple situation to her she kept talking over me saying they don’t allow it. Eating my sandwich now I asked for EXTRA mayo and I barely have any.

The people working there always have a great attitude they make your subway super fast and the guy that adds the condiments has a great personality always happy and greeting customer!
