Rosalyn the supervisor is rude and does not speak English and when you try to speak to her in Spanish, she still speaks to you in English I don’t understand her. It’s food you’re putting in a bag, not rocket science.

The male employee working at that time was horrible, disrespectful and racist. I forgot to speak at speaker as I wasn't aware of the process to pick up orders. The employee even after giving pick up name made me go around the drive through and speak at speaker and then come pick up the order. I felt really horrible and employee was rude and unprofessional. What's even worse was when I came back to pick up another order he bluntly refused to give the order to me and I had to cancel the order. I di not expected such inhuman behavior from a taco bell employee. Disgusting and pathetic. Stay away at all costs if you don't want to be treated inhumanly
