  The food isn't great imo. We did an online order for pickup. Got home and was so hungry but damn, the food was not good. No flavor. No soul. First and last for me.

  *****Update on my original review. Written on 12/20/25***** We got a full refund after receiving a call from James with Pickup Stix. He was very kind, patient and gave us some entrees to give their other locations another chance. I’m happy about this and he went above and beyond, calling me on Saturday during the Holidays to rectify the situation. We are excited to try other locations and continue to be customers with one of the best fast, casual Chinese restaurants ever 🙏🏽💕 ——————- *****Update on my original review on 11/30/25***** I also sent their corporate office the review below and it is now 12/05/25. No receipt of them receiving my email and no word back in a week. I used their website portal. Additionally, tonight, at 5:50pm my husband wanted to order pickupstix from their app and we did and it was crazy. All of our food was bitter, he commented on it as he was eating before me. I then took one bite of broccoli and it tasted chemically bitter, like pesticide and I spat it out immediately. I didn’t even bite into much of it and my mouth and throat got numb!!!!! This was really scary, my husband didn’t notice as much I think because he tends to eat very spicy. And I think I got an extra contaminated broccoli :/ But this was very wrong. I tried to call to tell them something was very wrong, as all our food was contaminated with this bitter chemical taste, but the woman who answered the phone at 6:15pm tonight was hasty/unintelligible AND I was immediately put on hold for over 10 minutes. I didn’t have a chance to even say anything. So I gave up. Really scary. I have never tasted anything so horrible in my life. My husband contacted them through their portal for a refund and I will let him handle this from here on out. Ridiculous. ——————————————————————— Original review written on 11/30/25 On November 26th, Wednesday at 5pm I went to this location and stood at the register, ignored by the two cooks and the woman packing food. After about 5 minutes a male manager came out and was pretty careless and rude, only to be told that we would have to wait 30 minutes for dining in because they were busy doing to go orders. Before we even answered, he was starting to walk away. So incredibly rude. I love pickup Stix and have been going for over 20 years in many locations. This is backwards. Diners should not be punished for wanting to eat fresh food in the restaurant. Additionally, this location makes their tofu dish horribly. I’ve ordered it twice and both times the tofu batter was soggy, not even thoroughly cooked — not edible. In addition, their wonton soup I ordered was flavorless, skimpy and the wontons were not properly made and fell apart. This is usually one of their best dishes in all of the other locations I’ve been to. I’ve been to many other locations between California and Nevada for over 20 years and they were always 💯 top notch. But this place has the worst customer service and the food is not guaranteed to be very good. We are regulars, and we won’t ever be going again.

  The food at this Pick Up Stix location is excellent. The kids were able to eat without a problem… They don’t eat spicy food. The lady at the counter was helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable, we’ll be coming back.
