Extreme lack of urgency, efficiency, and NO customer service. It was like nobody knew what they were doing...and yes before the business manager replies I have already contacted the website contact and guest services

I had to go back for missing items and because the coffee they gave me was not made correctly. The girl at the counter told me thats just how they make it, apparently all iced coffees should taste watered down and flavorless. Didn't offer to remake or give a refund. So I had to order another coffee, and one for myself. I ordered large for both and this is what I got. I will definitely be finding a different breakfast place. The customer service was not it.
