He always messes up on the orders, not putting the chips not putting the sauces, And not providing utensils. A couple days ago, I asked Him for the sauces and the other stuff But then after he gave me the items He mean mugged me. I reported it to the management Liz she apologized and said that she will talk to him and that she will give me 50% off, but when I went in person, they did an honor the discount when I asked for the seven dollars a night I sent burrito meal special, which they replied that it’s only offered through the app which other locations they offer it in the store as well. That same guy was still there again and he continued mad dogging me, and didn’t even apologize regarding last time. I have contacted corporate and waiting to hear back from them, All I know is that this will be the last time that I will go to this location even though it’s close to my home, Over the years they have Become very unprofessional and disrespectful.
