Customer service was worst experienced and it was barely 10AM, and the customer service ended up making sense why it was taking so long. The order was simple; a mocha coffee with 4 creamers. When at the window, she tried to give me a peppermint cinnamon iced something... how? I'm not sure how you can hear that! When corrected the girl talked back and said "that's why I asked you if your order was correct on the screen", she actually didn't. When she finally corrected the order, she still forgot the creamer... I asked for them on the side because who knew how else she could mess that up. I unfortunately didn't get her name but hoping more training for customer service at this location can be done, it's not the first time.
