Dunkin' is in a great location here at the Village next to the Legacy School, the donuts are really good, my favorites are the glazed and jelly donuts. My only complain is the coffee. I had the iced coffee from Dunkin', and while it was pretty decent, it tasted watered down, and not a very strong coffee taste, although I did get decaf so idk how much that affects the coffee taste. The service is very quick though, so it's awesome that they are quick about getting orders in, just need to get better coffee.

Went through drive through and spent about 20 minutes in line and then had to wait park my car and wait for my order to be taken. Waited an extra 6 minutes at the window for payment and another 5 for my food all to have missing food. And I’m pretty sure I want have that refunded or if corporate will even read this. Give this location more hours and extra hands. As I see it they need help!!!

Fast service, strong coffee, and a great selection of pastries. Dunkin’ is the only place near me that sells French cruellers. This is more than enough reason to pay them a visit. I love this place
I feel like this Dunkin suffers from three main things (1) it is chronically understaffed on weekends, long waits even for just a cup of coffee, (2) it is freezing cold inside, AC is always on max, and (3) the background music is not 'background' music because it's TOO LOUD.
Management/Corporate - please do something about this.🙏🏻 Thank you!

Got in line at 9:30AM, waited 30 minutes to go thru the drive thru...about 5-6 cars waiting. Customer service was worst experienced and it was barely 10AM, and the customer service ended up making sense why it was taking so long.
The order was simple; a mocha coffee with 4 creamers. When at the window, she tried to give me a peppermint cinnamon iced something... how? I'm not sure how you can hear that! When corrected the girl talked back and said "that's why I asked you if your order was correct on the screen", she actually didn't. When she finally corrected the order, she still forgot the creamer... I asked for them on the side because who knew how else she could mess that up. I unfortunately didn't get her name but hoping more training for customer service at this location can be done, it's not the first time.
