- JHJessica HernandezJan 1, 20261.0This domino's has that worst service and the employees are you and uneducated and rude they like to play games when you call but anyways I placed an order online then went into store to pick it up the guys that help me out was rude and with attitude and the food was nasty and not edible called back to see if we can return the food cause only a slice and 2 wings were kind of eaten cause again the food was bad and just played with me when asked and then nobody resolved anything I reached out to Domino's corporation but they said that is privately owned and can't do anything just know that if they do something dumb or messed up on your order nothing will be resolved.

I paid approximately $20.00 for "large" 2 topping pizza with extra sauce. First off, it seems the sauce barely made it to the pizza. It appears the toppings were strategically placed to include (on average since some pieces had no toppings) 3 small pieces of jalapenos and 3 small pieces of sausage. I also ordered 1 root beer and 1 Orange Fanta. The orange Fanta didn't make it to me as I was delivered coke instead. BUT, my messed up order arrived on time. Thank you Uber. With this experience I now understand the 3.3 low rating for Domino's in the Tustin area. When I'm closer to the Brea area, they must take more pride in their quality of service, because their pizza's are yummy. Think twice about ordering from this low rated Domino's! I created a GPS private list titled "Do NOT Purchase" folder to store this location as such. Great job Domino's your lack of quality customer service prompted me to take action to track and avoid businesses that are incompetent.
