Provides some special treats that the family can't find elsewhere. The strawberry shake has a lot of fresh strawberries added, the "creamsicle" flavored shake is fabulous (when available), and the classic chili cheese dog is done right

3 employees inside the store said "they are closed" before 10 pm. 1 said "I was told to say we are closed" 1 said " I turned the ice cream machine off" I asked in general "the manager said you're closed?" The 3rd employee said "yeah, yes" I understand wanting to close on time, can't understand being blatantly lied to.

I absolutely love Blizzards and go to Dairy Queens all the time. Unfortunately I’ve had mixed experiences with this location. The main issue is they are critically understaffed (think 2 employees for 15-25 customers). Because of the understaffing, they are always in a rush and ooften make my Blizzard incorrectly (like, 40% of the time). And one time it happened, I let one of the employees know so I could get it re-made. That employee happened to be a manager/owner, and they flat out refused to remake it for me. They claimed because my receipt said it correctly (they took my order wrong), that they were unable to make it the way I actually ordered it.

The Mexican woman working as the cashier was impolite/clueless —no smile, no greeting, and unable to answer basic questions. Meanwhile, the Asian woman (likely the manager or owner) was whispering to her right in front of us while we were trying to ask questions. This manager then said they don’t participate in nationwide brand promotions, quote “they’re a franchise”, which aligns with many of the previous negative reviews here. Of course. While the entire country is celebrating veterans and the rest of DQ’s branches are doing something for veterans. Obviously She cares less about what veterans have done to this country where she came for her own American dreams. 💰
