- BBBenJan 15, 20261.0Every time I come at this location, the Asian dude working over here, he is always friendly and respectful with all the customers. He even makes the order correct. But unfortunately, today the young mexican girl (don't know her name)who made my order(cupfection) did a horrible job on that. Not even half a cup full and the brownie was broken too and too much of chocolate and caramel sauce. She never says welcome, hi or thankyou to any of the customers. Looks like she don't like her job. She really need to learn how to make orders and treat their customers when she is on the register

The main issue is they are critically understaffed (think 2 employees for 15-25 customers). Because of the understaffing, they are always in a rush and ooften make my Blizzard incorrectly (like, 40% of the time). And one time it happened, I let one of the employees know so I could get it re-made. That employee happened to be a manager/owner, and they flat out refused to remake it for me. They claimed because my receipt said it correctly (they took my order wrong), that they were unable to make it the way I actually ordered it.
