  Long wait in line. The black beans are so spicy my granddaughter couldn’t eat them in the kids meal! Isn’t that why you have different hot sauces? Disappointed.

  I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an uncomfortable and inappropriate experience I had at your Chipotle location on Newport Avenue. During my visit, I felt harassed and extremely uncomfortable due to repeated looks made by what appeared to be a manager or kitchen supervisor, specifically the individual responsible for bagging the food and handing it to the cashier. These looks were inappropriate and crossed a line of basic respect, making the situation feel intrusive and unsettling. I would like to be very clear: I am a heterosexual man, married, and fully committed to my wife, whom I love. I do not engage in inappropriate behavior toward others, nor do I stare at people simply because I find them attractive. However, in this case, this individual, who is a man and may have a different sexual orientation than mine, engaged in behavior through repeated looks that felt uncomfortable and inappropriate. I fully respect diversity and believe it is completely acceptable and positive for your company to employ individuals of diverse sexual orientations. That said, diversity should never excuse behavior that crosses into harassment, whether through suggestive looks, gestures, or comments. When such conduct occurs, it should have clear consequences. I strongly believe that the owner or management of this establishment is fully aware of the individual I am referring to and understands exactly who this complaint concerns. I am demanding respect, not only for myself, but for other male customers who visit this location. No customer should feel uncomfortable or subjected to inappropriate or obscene behavior while simply trying to purchase a meal. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly to ensure a respectful and professional environment for all customers.

  Me and my friend came to this chipotle and we ordered a bowl which we were to share together. -We got extra of some ingredients because its always free to ask but they were extremely stingy. -the service was very rude and still did not seem to cooperate and they even almost charged us for extra meat but we did not add that??? (They did not give us a lot of meat too) - we asked for water cups because we wanted water and this employee looked at us very suspiciously - when i went to fill it up with water he walked over and was staring at me doing it. I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable and a review only a week ago before posting this says the same experience happened to someone else. - when i went to fill it up again another time with water the employee came from across the room to see what was going on. (I was just geting water????) OVERALL terrible terrible service. Do NOT come here please, the food is good in my opinion but not coming back because of the terrible experience. I still dont understand why this random minimum wage employee wants to make sure his trillionaire ceo who wouldnt care if he didnt exist tommorow is squeezing out every penny of profit for him.

  I asked a staff member for a cup to get water, which is a very normal request. He looked at me suspiciously and asked what I was using it for. I clearly said “for water.” While I was filling the cup at the water station, he actually walked over to watch me closely, as if he didn’t believe me. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and treated like I was doing something wrong, when I was simply getting water. Customer service should not make people feel judged or monitored over something so basic.
