  The Pollo Loci on el Camino Real in Tustin is the best joint in all the land. Amazing customer service and great food. I love taking my daughter there for dinner

  DO NOT GO HERE!!! Christina the "shift lead" was absolutely disrespectful! I ordered a 12 piece and when I tried to pay, she said I needed to order it online. This is despite the app saying it was an in store offer. I asked her to look at the app and honor what the guy who took my order said. She argued with me so much in front of my 3 year old daughter saying it’s online only and told me I am either order something else or LEAVE. What manager talks like that? In front of a child? She was absolutely condescending and unnecessarily rude. I’m not sure if she’s going through personal issues but I became her scapegoat. I will be complaining to corporate. This was unacceptable behavior, let alone from a manager. Do not go to this location and be subject to this time of service. PS - See the screen shot below. Redeemable in store. In the end, she forced me to do a different regular price order and would NOT honor the apps offer.

  Fucundo is the best ! Everytime me and my spouse come in he is always very welcoming and friendly! Very sweet too ! We always look forward to seeing him when we come!
