    If I could give zero stars I would. Worst dominos I’ve ever ordered from. Understaffed and it seems like management has no idea what they’re doing. Would be better if it were run by teenagers. Please do not give your money to them.

    I don’t normally write reviews, but customer service was terrible. I ordered through delivery app and it said delivered and it was not at my door. I called them and they said to give the driver 10 more minutes. I patiently waited another 30 until I called again to see. Worker on the phone blamed me for putting it to leave at door and that the app already said delivered. He said I should have checked my door when it arrived and hung up on me. I understand a Saturday night rush can be stressful but that overall experience was just rude and uncalled for.

    Ordered delivery and tracked the progress. Said it was delivered, but no pizza. Tried support online but all it offered was a free pizza for the trouble, I wanted my order not a coupon that I probably won't use after this experience. I called the store and was put on hold for 10 mins. Then I was told the driver was still on the way. Dishonest business probably trying to fake their performance. Driver finally arrived more than 20 mins after the delivery window. I mentioned it was marked as delivered a while ago and the delivery guy just walked away saying, "I don't know." No apology, not even trying to talk to me. Wish I could take back the tip I left when I placed the order. Will not order from here again.

    I normally don’t write reviews like this, but this experience was serious enough that I feel it should be documented. During my visit to this location, the interaction with employees became extremely unprofessional and escalated quickly. I was subjected to verbal harassment, insulting remarks, and what I experienced as public humiliation in front of others. At one point, I was referred to with a racial remark about being a “white old man,” which I found completely inappropriate and unacceptable in any customer interaction. The situation also involved unwanted physical contact, which made me uncomfortable and concerned. The overall conduct was hostile, embarrassing, and far below what any customer should expect from a business open to the public. What made this worse was the lack of meaningful follow-up afterward. I attempted to address the matter privately and professionally over an extended period of time, hoping management would take it seriously and work toward a resolution. Instead, communication became delayed and ultimately stopped without a clear response or accountability. This experience caused significant stress and left me feeling disrespected and unwilling to return. I’m sharing this so others are aware and so the business understands how serious this type of conduct is. Customers should not have to deal with harassment, discriminatory remarks, or unwanted physical contact when simply visiting a business.
