  EDIT: originally rated 1 star, but updated to 4. Curry pizza house followed up and made it right. Thank you for that. I updated this review to reflect all the other times we've eaten here or gotten takeout. The food is great. ------ old review ------ We ordered pickup (half and half, with half aloo gobhi) from their website/app. They didn't have potatoes so when we went to go pick up the order, we learned that it hadn't been made yet. We all agreed to cancel the order and get a refund since we didn't want a different pizza. They said they would refund us in a bit that same night because their attempt to refund in their PoS system wasn't working. He said he would refund and then text us when it'd been done. We waited two days, nothing. Then we called and the owner acted like he didn't remember any of this. We explained the whole scenario again and he said he would refund us and call us back in 15 minutes. It's now been hours and there's no refund, no apology, literally just a run around. It was a $52 order and we didn't actually get any food because we all agreed to cancel since they didn't have any more aloo... I love this place for the food, but this service experience has been quite bad and now I just feel cheated. I've disputed this on my credit card after two attempts at getting the refund I was promised I'd get.

  It was delicious and the food came out hot. For sure we’ll be back. And the employees were very nice :)

  Good Pizza and wings, a little on the pricy side. 3 stars because when i visited, there were strangers using children to sell desserts inside the store which made things uncomfortable.

  Most ridiculous and dishonest experience with store owners and store manager. Having an already activated offer of $5, you would think that it would be easily redeemable. But no, they have the most trash software and backend operators, everybody is on different page. And owners make you wait for about a month to get back with an issue resolution. Still havent seen a single penny coming refunded. Goodluck running a business where you are dishonest about as small of an amount of $5 !!!!!!!.
