  i work in food service so i don’t like to complain about these things, but i got off of my 8 hour shift at 12;30am and just wanted to get something quick. i mobile ordered and got there 15 mins later. i was pulled to the front. guy comes out with a bag and asks me if this is my order, and apologizes bc they’ve confused some orders. i say no, he goes back in. he’s polite and i understand he’s doing his best. i’ve waited here for 17 mins now on top of the 15 mins from when i mobile ordered to when i got here. usually this location is pretty solid and reliable, but im so disappointed tonight. what is going on? some shift lead isn’t leading the team right, or the employees have no urgency, or equipment isn’t working properly- whatever it is, please get it together. my boss would tear me a new one if this is how we functioned.

  How are we supposed to order from the automated kiosk when they’re not working? Trying to order from them, but they are displaying error messages. So I come to the counter to order, but you guys had the menu taken down. Why? Making it hard to order from here

  The young man at the drive-thru window was extremely rude to me! I really wanted to tell him that he was just doing a very entry level job in this world and to get over himself. El Pollo Loco here I come!

  Usually my go to late night... when it gets busy they are too high to get orders out to the right cars... shouldn't get paid more than $12.50 an hour... maybe someone should manage this place?
