- BWBrandy WhiteJul 20, 20251.0I came on my 30 minute lunch and ordered a large chilli and a drink. I got back to work with 5 minutes to spare and was about to eat some of my chilli. The first spoonful had a long black hair in it. I couldn't eat it. Set it aside and had to go back to work. After work I went to get my money back. The manager questioned why I didnt come back then or call, I told her I was at work, I couldn't do that even if I wanted to. Then she questioned me about the hair. If it was my own hair do you think I wouldnt have eaten the chilli? I gave them a full bowl of chilli back plus the hair I found. And they took my receipt and reluctantly gave me cash back after the rude questioning. Not very customer friendly in my opinion. I dont think I will be returning due to this. Im planning on calling corporate.
