Keep in mind, this branch was completely empty and had no high traffic of customers coming in/out. I approached staff about my order status and they said they had never prepared it in the first place. TERRIBLE TEREIBLE SERVICE! I miss the other workers that used to work here. This new hired crew doesn't quite have it together to run a fast food chain at its speed. I would recommend everyone to go to another Taco Bell branch where the staff/service will actually pay attention to orders and you won't have a negative experience like I did today.

This employee redefines 'fast food service. Her above-and-beyond attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest, which is a rare and wonderful experience. So much can be said about how awesome she makes ppl feel. Keep up the good work . That is why the Golden State Taco Bell is my preferred location, even though it's across town.
