    Service sucks!!! Went to this location ordered 3 small shakes just to go up to the window and for the girl to tell me she dont have change for a $20.00 I just dont understand how a business does not have change for a $20.00 dollar bill when my order was almost $17.00 then to top it off the girl employee has a shitty attitude. Must be nice to get paid to do nothing and to have attitude. Had to go to the other location where they are friendlier and cleaner!!!

    For the past four months every time we have gone after 7pm. They are no longer serving ice cream. In the last two weeks we have gone 3 times and the ice cream is ‘not okay to serve’ at 3 in the afternoon. Lazy , incompetent workers who don’t want to do their job. So you drive to the one on the other side of town, where you’re met with incredible team members , who are frustrated AG THIS LOCATION ON W MAIN , because they’re making 2x the ice cream and develop problems with their machine.

    Milk shakes are just made out of ice and taste like water. I buy a large food item and they serve a small portion just in a bigger container
