I’ve become a bit of a regular since I show up at night when I get off from work. The staff at night is always so kind and sweet! ❤️They’ve memorized my drink so by the time I get there they usually just ask to make sure that’s what I’m getting. I love talking with them through the drive thru and hearing how they’re doing! I don’t know what they put in my drink that makes it always taste so good that causes me to want to keep come back for more! I really appreciate everything they do! She has always given the best service out of all the employee and definitely gone above and beyond anyone's expectations. The drinks are always better at this location for some reason. Make sure to stop by if your in the area.

Today I decided to do the 1/2 sweet option because I know it would have been the perfect drink that way and I’m not sure if they were just not paying attention but it sure seems like they did the opposite instead of what I requested. My drink is so ridiculously sweet that I literally can’t drink it. Just tastes like complete syrup on ice. I guess reading is really hard!

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
