My major complaint is how I was treated. The first girl that checked me in told me it would be 5-10min...way off...but more importantly, while I was waiting I asked about how to get extra Ranch...different girl said I could then immediately bypassed me to help the person behind me and never thought to tell me how it worked nor did she explain politely that they would get it when I got my food. Then apparently my food came out, the first girl that helped me never said a word even though she was looking at me periodically. I finally went up to the counter and there it was just waiting! However, this time a guy helped me and the first girl that checked me in never once looked up from her phone at the counter...terribly unprofessional...just didn't even try to act like she cared. As I'm on my way home I realize I never go lt the drinks...partially on me there, but at that point I was just frustrated with my experience...first time there and not impressed...food was good, but service either deserves a 2nd visit or it doesn't...bottom line...I'm sorry, I don't ask for much, but acknowledgement of the customer is at least worth the $4.05 tip included ahead of time wouldn't you think? That's the issue with tipping I'm advance...never doing that again either.

Manager came by to apologize for the fact that we had to get our own napkins and cutlery, but didn't help with providing better service. Waited 20 minutes for our server to take our order, and 30 minutes or more for the food to come out! The food was good. Wings were exceptional l, but service was unacceptable.
