  I normally will not do a review on chain restaurants, l make an exception for Pollo Loco as it is probably the healthiest fast food option in western United States. Great tasting grilled chicken (not fried) and healthy options for sides as well. Service and atmosphere can vary by location but are always at least 3 stars. Food is always 4 to 5 star.

  This Pollo Loco in is worst in one I ever been too there Food is overcooked they don’t listen. I ordered leg and thighs, and I was not given that by far is worse pollo Loco in California

  Hands down best pollo loco location!!!! I always get the best service at this location!! I have gone several times before closing a they still let me order really nice employees. Definitely recommend it here.

  I was gifted a 35.00 gift card and only used it twice. When I went to use it for the 2nd time I was told I had to pay out of pocket. Come to find out I was shorted 7.59. I filed a complaint with corporate about 2 weeks ago no response. Don't buy Pollo Loco gift cards who knows if you'll get what you paid for.
