  This review is a bit delayed but still stands strong. To LUIS who took my order at midnight a few days ago, I appreciate you & your customer service. He was fast, friendly, & efficient. From someone who works in the fast food industry myself, I know how tiring and hectic it can get towards the end of the night as we are preparing ourselves to get ready to go home after a long day. So, I really appreciate your patience, and friendliness. Keep up the good work Luis, and thank you again!!

  I ordered a Cantina bowl with extra chicken and it was so watery. There was barely any beans. Everything was mixed up. There was no extra chicken and they were like little tiny pieces of chicken. It wasn’t even chunks so I’m not really sure how this is Cantina‎ quality.. For the price you’re better off going to chipotle. Even after I opened my bowl and I showed them they still kind of just brushed me off. It’s a big disappointment because I work across the street and it’s convenient for me but from now on, I’m just gonna drive to chipotle way better value Instead of this runny bowl with dry chicken.

  There are several staff members who make you wait too long, don't attend to you, spend their time chatting amongst themselves, and serve you reluctantly.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never encountered such rude and aggressive staff. My husband placed a mobile order, I went to pick it up at the drive thru. The woman working the drive thru insisted I had the wrong location and they didn’t have my order an ld then told me someone else picked it up. Then she was obviously annoyed and snapped at me to come inside and get it figured out. I went inside and the man was returning my food and when I said I didn’t want it after someone else had handled it the staff began arguing with me so I just took the food and went back to my car to call my husband. While I was in my car the woman from the drive thru came up to my window yelling “hey lady!” And startled me so I rolled down my window. She said “do you want your drinks or not because if you come back again it’s gonna be a complaint” I got out of the car to get my drinks and told her I would be complaining anyway to which she responded “you’re crazy” and laughed. We went inside and I was so uncomfortable and didn’t feel safe so I just took the drinks and got in my car and called my husband and left. When I called the store to ask for the owner or corporate info to complain I could hear them talking rudely about me in the background and the guy on the phone refused to give me information and told me if I wanted it then I had to look it up online myself. Corporate is closed on the weekends but I will certainly be calling first thing Monday morning because that was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The owner needs to do better about who they hire. The whole staff was rude and aggressive. We ended up just throwing the food and drinks away because we didn’t trust they weren’t contaminated.
