Ricky and Brian helped today in the drive-thru. They were kind, quick, and helpful. I really appreciate their friendly attitudes as well! I had a bit of a complicated order and they didn’t make me feel crazy for it lol they were very nice and I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. By far the best service I’ve ever gotten at this Taco Bell. That’s the dream team right there! Thank you Ricky and Brian for being genuinely kind, we need more of that in the world.

I had a frustrating experience at Taco Bell tonight around 9:30–9:45 PM. I placed a fairly large order, including a Supreme Deluxe Box, and specifically asked for the Chalupa to be beef instead of chicken. While ordering, the cashier also asked about my drink, and I requested an upgrade to a large. When I got to the window, I paid and received part of my order—but realized the box I ordered was missing. When I asked about it, the cashier told me I never ordered it and wasn’t charged for it. I calmly explained that I did order it and asked if he could just charge me for it so I could get what I originally requested. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, he began mumbling under his breath (loud enough to hear through the open window) and insisted the mistake was mine. I clarified that it seemed like a simple miscommunication and that I just wanted my correct order. When he tried to charge me again, I asked about the drink I had already been given—since the box includes a drink and I only needed two, not three. I requested that the extra drink be refunded if I was now being charged for the box. He refused and continued to argue, saying I ordered incorrectly. The issue could have been resolved quickly and professionally—we all make mistakes—but instead of taking accountability, I felt like I was being blamed for something I know I ordered correctly. Taking it a step further and being rude only made the situation a bigger deal than it needed to be. I wouldn’t be writing a negative review if that hadn’t been the case. Although the situation did eventually get resolved, it was escalated far more than necessary. What was most disappointing wasn’t the mistake itself—it was the lack of accountability and the customer service. I hope management addresses this, as better communication and professionalism would make a big difference.

The manager at this Taco Bell was extremely rude and showed zero customer service skills. When I had an issue, they were dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in helping at all. Management sets the tone, and this experience guaranteed I won’t be coming back.

Wow! What exceptional service I received in the drive thru today (1/3/26). I've never felt the need to review Taco Bell but the gentleman (didn't get his name but the receipt says KYREE) who helped me was very patient, helpful...while very busy. I don't normally go to that Taco Bell but I will moving forward. Thank you Taco Bell for hiring outstanding staff!
