  They need to hire people with better attitude all the stuff don’t even pay attention you have to wait I least 20 minutes is it fast food at this point ? And they don’t even start your online order until you get there and you pick it up

  I had a pretty disappointing experience at McDonald's today, and I felt like it should be mentioned. The employee named Sylvia came across with a really negative attitude from the start. She seemed irritated with customers, got my order wrong multiple times, and instead of calmly correcting it, she reacted as if it was everyone else’s mistake. What stood out the most was how she spoke to the younger employees working there. She was yelling at staff who appeared to be underage right in front of customers, which was uncomfortable to witness and felt very unprofessional. I understand that shifts can get busy and stressful, but the way the situation was handled made the environment feel tense and unwelcoming. Normally I expect fast service and basic courtesy, but this visit didn’t reflect that. I really hope management takes a look at what’s going on, because both customers and employees deserve a better experience.
