  There are several staff members who make you wait too long, don't attend to you, spend their time chatting amongst themselves, and serve you reluctantly.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never encountered such rude and aggressive staff. My husband placed a mobile order, I went to pick it up at the drive thru. The woman working the drive thru insisted I had the wrong location and they didn’t have my order an ld then told me someone else picked it up. Then she was obviously annoyed and snapped at me to come inside and get it figured out. I went inside and the man was returning my food and when I said I didn’t want it after someone else had handled it the staff began arguing with me so I just took the food and went back to my car to call my husband. While I was in my car the woman from the drive thru came up to my window yelling “hey lady!” And startled me so I rolled down my window. She said “do you want your drinks or not because if you come back again it’s gonna be a complaint” I got out of the car to get my drinks and told her I would be complaining anyway to which she responded “you’re crazy” and laughed. We went inside and I was so uncomfortable and didn’t feel safe so I just took the drinks and got in my car and called my husband and left. When I called the store to ask for the owner or corporate info to complain I could hear them talking rudely about me in the background and the guy on the phone refused to give me information and told me if I wanted it then I had to look it up online myself. Corporate is closed on the weekends but I will certainly be calling first thing Monday morning because that was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The owner needs to do better about who they hire. The whole staff was rude and aggressive. We ended up just throwing the food and drinks away because we didn’t trust they weren’t contaminated.

  Employee Nikki is a Rockstar in customer service fast and friendly winning combo as a Drive thru worker she seems stress free 😀 and I know she loves her job! Keep it up Nikki .

  I went in with the intention of ordering food. I asked the lady if I could use the restroom first before making an order she rudely said no and that I had to order first. I told her I was going to make my order as soon as I got out but she said no. As I am reading the reviews it seems this is what they do even if you are a customer. I went across the street to jack in the box and got food over there instead where they let me use the restroom first and then order. I hope this review helps people decide not to eat there with there ride service.
